Well another season for our golf league has ended. It was a brief season, but it was great to have everyone getting together for a few laughs and a bit of competition.
This year our final event was the inaugural “Past Grand Knights Invitational ” This was a stroke play event with handicaps. We had 22 contestants, which was a very good turnout.
The winner for this year was Herbie Sauceda, with the net low score of 30! Second place was Lorenzo Rivera with a net low score of 32. Well done!! The pizza party also a nice ending to the season. Looking forward to next season.

It looks like we will have an abbreviated golf season for 2020. I have been informed that we will begin play at Oxford Hills June 1 , and will continue to August 17. The cost for the players has not been finalized as yet, however we expect the greens fees to be approx. $225. It appears that we will have 12 teams this season. Also the big news is that although golf courses are only allowing walkers, Oxford Hills has agreed to make an exception for us, therefore we will have the ability to ride in carts.It has not been determined if we will have one or two riders per cart. More to follow on that.
