  • Reading of Minutes of Previous Meeting – Approved with corrections
  • Report of Faithful Navigator – Joseph D. Brenner (Notes and Report sent ahead of time.)
    • My apologies but Work of the Order has me in another meeting tonight.
    • District Master has indicated that we can do Online Installation of Officers. He will be scheduling open installations that we can take advantage of, or we can schedule a private or group installation with him. What is your preference Officers?
    • Fall Exemplification is still scheduled for September 26th at DeCarlo’s. BUT if we need to go to Plan B it will be conducted Online and the candidate cost will be $50.00.
    • Fall Harvest Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, November 7th.
    • Provincial Meeting for 2020 has been cancelled.
    • Officer Training will be scheduled in September and will be virtual (OnLine)

    • 9 Pine Knob Drew’s Home Golf Outing. Call if you want to be sponsor or play.  Drew’s Home Golf Outing is accessible on Sign-Up Genius.

            • Patrick Alsteadt from Lakes discussed a project to replace the flagpole and US flags for Lakes. This may include the K of C Flag as well.  Total Cost will be about $2500.00.
              • Moved and seconded to support this project.

                • Looking for fund raiser ideas for the council.
                  • Suggested the Renaissance Festival
                • Council 5436 – Pope Saint John XXIII – SK Mike Zubalik
                  • Lots of light construction projects around the parish. Brick Paver patio and Grotto recently completed.
                  • Exposition of Blessed Sacrament 9:00 AM to 7:PM.  Need 2 people per shift, 2 hour shifts;   Looking for volunteers.  com/exposition

 

  • Council 6824 – Father George Ging – SK Bill Venglar
    • Long time member Joseph D’Anna has passed away from complications from an aneurism earlier this year.
    • August 1, Bob Knowles Fun Shoot fundraiser. (Supporting Club Create North Oakland County)
      • Lots of prizes include door prizes.
    • Adopt-a-road program activity held on July 25.
    • Sept 13 – Golf Outing @ Hadley, supporting Drews Home)
  • Council 13485 – Saint Benedict – SK Joe Salvador
    • Several benevolent projects underway
  • Council 14883 – Divine Mercy – No Report
